As women, we are often told the symptoms we're experiencing are "normal" or "to be expected" when going through your menstrual cycle, pregnancy, postpartum, etc. The pain and pressure becomes something we learn to push through despite it adding to the mounting stress of going through a new experience like having your first child.

I can confidently say this was the best gift I could give myself in pregnancy as it turned an experience full of unknowns into an action plan with steps I could take to help myself both physically and mentally enjoy my pregnancy and know that I was taking care of myself, not just the new life I was creating in my belly.

I have recommended pelvic floor physical therapy to literally every single pregnant and postpartum friend, family member, or stranger I've encountered since starting with Dr. Kelsey! She was a highlight of my pregnancy and postpartum journey and I highly, highly recommend her!

Elyse.

Dr. Kelsey would meet me where I was during that exact moment in time during each session. She would kindly and confidently remind me that healing isn't linear and to be patient with myself. So much of the physical pain I was feeling dissipated or went away altogether by following the protocol Dr. Kelsey provided me with. Pairing her kind and approachable bedside manner with her extensive knowledge (truly there was not an issue I faced she couldn't help me with) made her my most trusted care provider and confidant throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey.

In addition, I gained a new emotional and intuitive understanding of how to handle life postpartum as a new mom. Dr. Kelsey introduced the importance of deep rest to me and gave me the permission to listen to what my body was asking for.

I feel so much more in tune and connected with my body now compared to before I started pelvic PT with Dr. Kelsey. My first inclination now when experiencing pain or discomfort isn't to push through — its to rest, stretch, and give space to that particular part of my body - something I never would've felt like I had the time or space to do before Dr. Kelsey.

I can't overstate how supported I felt by Dr. Kelsey, both during and after pregnancy. No matter what mental state I showed up in during pregnancy, she was always warm, non-judgmental, and encouraging.

I never tried pelvic floor therapy before Dr. Kelsey; however, I have had doctors whose visits felt like I was just a time slot on a schedule, not an individual person.

My pelvic health sessions with Dr. Kelsey were never rushed and I always felt like I had her undivided attention.

After pregnancy, I felt like she was my #1 hype woman, showing me that I was actually more capable than I had thought I was, and helped build me back up when I felt like I was in the worst shape I've ever been in.

Kim E.

I started pelvic physical therapy when I was pregnant with my second child, with concerns about tailbone pain, lower back pain, and diastasis recti from my first pregnancy. I appreciated Dr. Kelsey's warmth, support, and judgement-free zone. I felt comfortable airing every concern I had with her as my body was changing, and I always felt very supported.

She is professional and kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and I felt like she was really in my corner, engaging with me as an individual patient.

Post pregnancy, she helped me understand how to rebuild my strength and also built up my confidence. She saw that I was stronger than I thought I was, and challenged me in ways that always felt attainable, which was a key part of rebuilding my confidence.

Dr. Kelsey was always there for me, fully engaged and both cheering me on and celebrating my progress. Pregnancy can be really daunting and overwhelming, as can postpartum, and having someone to help you navigate your body with during these times is extremely helpful.

About Dr. Kelsey

Glow House Of Senses was born from a deeply personal journey of remembering the wisdom of my own body and reclaiming parts of myself I once felt disconnected from. For years, I prioritized doing over feeling and productivity over presence. My healing journey began when I learned to slow down and listen inward, allowing this inner awareness to become my foundation.

From my personal and professional experience, I’ve learned that true healing extends far beyond the physical body. It is layered and multidimensional — emotional, energetic, and deeply personal. This understanding forms the foundation of everything I offer.

My passion and purpose is to guide women back into a loving relationship with their bodies and with themselves. Each body carries an innate intelligence, a subtle language of sensation and awareness that is always communicating with us. When we learn to listen, growth and healing become more embodied and empowering. My work is devoted to teaching, educating, and holding space for this reconnection.

Through my 1:1 and private group containers, I weave together pelvic health physical therapy, yoga and meditation, reiki energy healing, and intuitive mentorship to create holistic spaces for support, education, and embodied exploration. I support women through fertility, pregnancy, embodied birth preparation, postpartum recovery, and throughout the lifespan as it relates to pelvic health, helping women deepen their connection to their bodies and themselves.

At the heart of my work is a simple belief: when one woman reconnects with her power, that ripple extends outward. This work is about remembering our wholeness and honoring personal growth as a profound act of self-devotion. Holding this space is both my calling and my greatest privilege.
